i had my oil press. line bust on me a cupple nights ago and was wondering if any one knew if there was a braded line for this or i i should just go with an electronic unit, also for fuel lines, i like the look of the braided lines alot better than the old rubber ones. and for the fuel would i have to do the whole thing or could i just have the engine compartment done that way? also is there a way i could hide the wires under the hood, i hate tackey setups...like mine, anything else that would make the engine compartment look clean?

the plastic tube for the oi pressure ALWAYS cracks,I dont know why they sell that thing.I personaly run electric.SOme people run copper or i think braided line.

For the fuel,if your gonna run braided line, just do the whole thing.I spent 110 bucks in fittings for my regulator just to run rubber hose because i didnt want to run braided which i'll do later and cost more money.

Do it once and do it right.

For the wires either use balck convoluted tubing or hide them behind the panels.DO NOT use colored tubing,it looks cheap and over powers the engine compartment

I'm with iskwezm. I plan on going from the stock 5/16 to 3/8 in the future and I'll run hard line from the tank to the engine compartment then everything else is braided....everything! Either tuck the wires back or use the black like mentioned.

converting to steel braided line is not gonna be cheap. A fuel setup with steel braided line (what I just spent on fittings and line) cost me about $200. Its also a PITA to cut and put the hose ends on. MrGasket or someone makes an engine dresss up kit that has the steel braided sleeves taht cover stock rubber stuff. I would look into taht.
