Motor off ,it really takes two people . Pump pedal until it pumps as high as it will ,have someone open the bleader while keeping pressure on the pedal . When the peddal pushes to the floor ,stop when you feel resistance or you will trip the valve , close the bleeder and let the pedal up . You may need to repeat a few times for each wheel ,checking master cylinder level as you go
if you have time and are a one man operation do a gravity bleed. Top up with fluid, starting at the back then the front open one bleed screw at a time. leave it for a few hours on each one.
