i had to change my drivers side brake caliber and i have a problem. no matter how much i push on the brake peddle the pistons will not move.... is this normal on these brakes? the brake fluid level is full and i get flow to the caliber itself.Does it take the calibers longer to fill up with fluid than others? sorry if this dont make any sense im kinda typing in a hurry lol.

Did you bleed them? They don't just fill up, you have to get the air out of the system.

It goes to the floor because you havent bled them yet. Air compresses, brake fluid doesn't, so if there is air in the line your pedal will compress easily. If there is only brake fluid then it will push the piston. As you blead them the pressure will build up. If you don't have a Haynes or Chiltons manual for your car here is a step by step walkthrough for bleading your brakes. Get a manual though someday, I always read about whatever I am going to do before I start that way I don't run into any supprises.

Try taking some brake fluid out of the cylinder below, define full, if you fill above the lines the brakes won't release, maybe you got water in the fluid, its hydroscopic, if you don't know if the cap is left off it absorbs water. I made the mistake when I put power steering fluid in the brake fluid container, I had to replace the rubber parts, thats what the mechanic said, I'll do it my self next time. Let us know if you figure it out!

Does it build pressure when you pump the pedal multiple times? If so, there's still air in the system and you didn't bleed it correctly, or enough.

Yes. Start at the point furthest from the master cylinder and work your way up. RR, LR, RF, LF

Your problem is that the MC has air in it. Bleed the MC with the bleeder ports on it first and then bleed the whole system.

There are bleeder nipples on the MC. Bleed them just like a caliper.

+1 on bleeding the m/c, you'll be amazed at how much air comes out of it
