RC ... i got this one! haha did mine over a year ago and still look great!

You gotta take ur caliper all the way off and do it right.
wire brush enough to get the loose crap, but when you get to the main part ur good.

I already bought the caliper stuff...I got it because it is a brush on and I didnt want to take the caliper off all the way because I have no help in bleeding the brakes....and For the rears (since nobody notices like Shaun said) I just want to clean it up..doesnt have to be perfect.

MY MAIN CONCERN is removing and reattaching bolts/etc without messing them up, that's why I wanted to know if there is a link with instructions or something on how to remove and reinstall calipers.

Thanks

If I remove the calipers to paint them am I going to have to replace the banjo bolts? Where do I unhook them from so I don't have to, the end of the hose furthest from the caliper?

Thanks and sorry for the noob question.

I just did mine and if you go to my page on my sig you will see the process.
1. mine had been painted before so i got some paint stripper and removed all the paint and lost chips.

used a wire brush, wet towel and water hose to neutralize the stripper.

Then I hit it with some Simple green to degrease and really clean them..

Now you can spray a coat of paint and then wait like 20 mins, then spray another coat and keep doing that until it's covered...

OR.... buy some epoxy primer in a can and lightly coat the calipers once. Then go back and hit it with the color.
