Well i just finished installing new brake rotors and inner/outter wheel bearings, I took the car out for a test drive and it felt alright. I pull into my driveway and notice smoke coming from the front right side wheel. I take the wheel off and notice the pads are seatted on the rotor, not letting the rotor spin freely, is this normal? please help fellas....

Definitely not normal for it to be smoking. Did you check the slides and stuff for any nicks or grooves that would prevent the pads from backing off the rotor? Whats the condition of that caliper, did the piston move freely?

as a matter off fact, there is a grove on both rotors as if only half the pad is making contact? maybe my calipers are shot? damn!!!! im starting to hate this car.....

no, I did not bleed the system, just threw on the rotors, bearings and pads. so I guess I need to purchase two new calipers, thanks guys for all the help, greatly appreciated.
