Brake Lines For Rear Disc Conversion

Is There An Adapter I Can Buy? I'm Going From 92 To 98 Brakes.

I believe the fittings you need to make it work are Weather #7818.

I switched the lines completely over to the ones that came off an SN95, and everything fit perfectly without any adapters or extra fittings. If you have the ability to do that, I'd recommend it.
