Brake pedal is hard

Every morning before I start a car , brake pedal is hard , only when car sitting long or over night,when I start a car pedal is softer or good ,breaking is good , no oil leak , oil reservoir is full ,but I don't know whats wrong with this braek pedal , I have this problem in last 2 months

that is normal, when the car is off pressure builds up and it should be stiff, especially if you step on it more, it will be stiffer

Back when I did my H/C swap, the valve covers sat too high so I couldnt put the vaccume fitting in for my brake booster, so I just plugged the line and it was a PITA to stop in my car... Basically had to stand on the brake as hard as I could to stop in time. Our brakes work off of vaccume, no vaccume means its harder to stop

Your booster has a slight leak. It should be able to hold vaccume overnight. It's not a real issue, but if your in there, might as well replace it.
