Hey, today I went to drive my 1988 mustang around after changing it from efi to carb but my brakes will not work.It is rock solid. I assume its because of the abs and computer system that i took out. I know I probably have to get a new master cylinder am i right by thinking that? and is there anything else i have to change. Any help would be great.
thanks

No abs on a 88 mustang no need to worry.. But did you remember to hook the vac. line back up to the brake booster??

Its what the master cylinder attaches to. There is a vacuum line that runs from the booster to the intake manifold.
