brake problem

ok so i got steel braided brake lines and when i went to put them on the bolt that hold the stock line to the caliper doesn't come off. Do i need some special bolt here or what, because the new ones didn't come with any hardware. Anyways so i just put the stock lines back on and when i bled the lines i still didn't get any pedal. Anyone have any idea what the possible problem could be? This may sound dumb to some of you but i have no idea.

When changing out my brakes I also had NO pedal feel at all, until I bled the Master Cylinder (two different spots to do this) - after that the brakes worked just as normal again.

ok thanks. Where did you bleed the master cylinder from?

There are two bleed screws on the inside of the MC facing the engine. Don't touch any of the other screws. They will have rubber caps on them.

To loosed the banjo bolts on the caliper, just put the closed end of a boxwrench on it and give the end of the wrench a swift hit with a hammer to crack it loose. Usually works every time.

You will need two new copper crush washers for each caliper available at any parts store.
