brake squeek

i have just installed a disc brake conversion kit on my 65. it is a 4 piston setup. every now & then i get a squeek when i brake lightly and when i turn and brake at the same time. i have changed out the pads and got the rotors turned. i can't figure out what it is. need new rotors? setup??

There is this stuff that my Brother bought for his car (2001 wrx) he did the same thing you did bought new pads and got the rotors turnd. But it still squeeked
but after he put this stuff on there it never squeeked agian.. I dont remeber what its called but it a blue silacon spray that sticks to everything. I think it was called quite breaks or break quite.???

Some regular silicone on the back of the pads is an old trick to dampen the resonance you are hearing.
