Break in?

I'm getting my car back today from getting the 4r70w rebuilt along with a new torque converter and such.

Now my question is, Should I take it easy on this for a few days? I'd hate to get it back after $1600 worth of work, then end up putting it right back in the shop.

It's raining today so it won't be hard to resist getting on it today, though tomorrow

You probably want to do anywhere between 500-1000 mile break in before you lay into it.

That's what I figured. The weather isn't all that great anyways so it won't be hard to do. Transmission work sure is expensive

i would take it easy for 500-1000 miles then get on the go fast pedal
