Well, i'm working on my friends civic LMAO, and i had to replace muffler with stock replacement. so we got first bolt out of flange then the second one breaks off on an angle. i get the drill and try to start drilling it out and what do you know it does go down the center because it broke off on an angle and now the hole's thread's i believe are probaly ruined and i don't know what to do. i managed to get one half of the bolt out so tehres a hole there but not big enuff. what if also the hole is bigger that it was originally, when we finally get the bolt out all the way?

Yeah a picture would help. From what I'm picturing, when you get the bolt out couldn't you use any bolt with a nut on the other side? Are you saying that a flange near the muffler has threads cut into it?

Yeah, we're not familiar with civics, so what hole are you speaking of? Mustang exhaust doesn't have any blind holes (can't see the other side) or anything like that.

I assume this doesn't have a bolt on one side and a nut on the other with clamping force sealing it together?
