Build to delivery?

Stopped at my dealer tonight on the way home. Talked to my salesperson got my VIN number and was told the car is being built on Monday. (I ordered mine on 10/25)
Can some of you who ordered mustangs tell me how long from being built to having it delivered to dealer??

They are telling me I should have it by Christmas do you think this is realistic???
As my delivery date gets closer it’s getting much harder to wait.

Oh by the way; got to drive a GT today for the first time, it actually exceeded my expectations.

First of all, congratulations on your vehicle!

I ordered my 2005 Mustang GT Premium on 10/16 and it was just built on 11/29. I was told by my salesperson that my car will be arriving at the dealership no later than 12/15. I can't wait. I bet you can't either. You should expect your vehicle in about 2-3 weeks after it is built. This is just based on my experience. Hope you get your car soon! I believe you will get it before Christmas. Keep your fingers crossed. Take care and good luck!

I also ordered mine on 10/16(GT PREMIUM); it was built during the week of 11/22-29. I was told that it was schedule for delivery on 12/10 and ETA to the dealer on 12/17. I think is going to be a close call; but I hope you get your Mustang before Christmas.Good Luck!!! :flag

Back then, one got a build-week, and not a specific build-day. However, my '03 actually showed up at my dealer's on the Tuesday of that week.

I was at work and got a phone message to call back my saleman that Tuesday. I kind of blew it off thinking that he was just calling to tell me my car was built. I kind of figured that. Later that day I called him, and I was totally blow away when he said the car was there.

10/25 is the day I ordered mine I hope to see mine by Chrismas but Vin as of Yet.

Time to take a trip to your dealer and see if they can give you some info
