building a 408 this winter, opinions please

Well I have decided to build a 408 this winter and have spent a lot of time searching for solid combos. i'm looking for max hp and torque with a flat torque curve for the street. I will run the strip occasionally. Has to be a pump gas motor, we have 92 octane all over nebraska, and only a couple stations with 93octane so I have to consider this into the build.
My foundation, my 1969 9.2" 351 windsor block (hope everything checks out)
11 - 11.5 to 1
Scat internals
TFS high ports OR ported vic jr.s / I would like 300+cfm
Billet Comp solid roller 254/260 @ .050, 600 lift on a 110
Super Victor EFI
possibly a Spyder intake elbow w/90mm Accufab T/B
95mm PMAS velocity MAF
Does everything look appropriate?
I have 30lb injectors that I know will be too small, what size will I need? 50's?
is the compression too high? I was hoping the cam would bleed a little compression off
Which heads would you go with, high ports/ ported vic jr.s?
Any opinions would be great,

this is going to be way better than another supercharged build,

seems like you really know what you want, i dont know your budget, but i would buy a set of CNC ported R heads, with no springs, or valves, and get a custom cam made up with whatever springs/valves the grinder reccomends.

that compression should work for pump gas

I'd also look into a Box R intake, either that or the super victor matched to the heads would be a good choice. If you do this combo right it will suprise you with the power it makes. Alot of guys build 408's pretty soft, i always like seeing how the angry ones run. theres guys on YB.com running 9's on pump gas 408s that are street driven

I have always wanted a supercharged small block, but it seems people are getting great power numbers from a well planned stroker. Pump gas is a must, no blending for me. I have been checking out Bennet Racing and their motors. It seems those guys know what they are doing. They currently have a 625 hp 427ci pumpgas motor they offer for BIG$$$$. That would be awsome! After researching, I want to go with a solid roller (was skeptical at first, but not afraid anymore) just want as much hp and torque as possible with good street manners. If Im gonna do this, I want to do it right the first time!
