Built 302

Hey everyone
Looking at a 5.0L 302 in the next couple of days and the seller tells me the motor has the following addons:
.030 over
has hypertec pistons balanced assembly
Has ARP main studs
HV Melling oil pump
E7TZ heads with exhaust ports cleaned
performer intake 600 Holley carb
M6250 A311 cam Ford Motorsports 472/447 lift
10.5 compression
MSD
what do you guys think. Is this a mild build? Dont know much about the a311 cam? It's also carbureted which I dont want. Can I install a trick flow upper and lower in its place? Is it worth considering.

It’s essentially a stock rebuilt engine. Yes, you can put a trickflow upper and lower in place of the carbed intake. Depending on the price, I would consider having your stock engine rebuilt with better upgrades versus buying another stock engine.

Very mild build right there.

It cracks me up when people put hv oil pumps on mostly stock 302s.

Now for the important part: what’s he asking?
