Bullitt 17X10.5 and Nitto 315's

Okay I just bought some wheels for my stang, they are bullitts replicas colored black. But some days before I just ordered some 275/40R17 for my stock wheels, now I just reordered others DR's 315/40R17. Am I going to have any clearance problems on the back of my car.I have no suspension mods for the mean while, but will they created a problem in the future (when I buy some lower and upper controls arms)

No, but you needed to order 315/35/17's instead of 315/40/17's to keep the same overall diameter as the 275/40/17's. Now, your back tires will be 1 1/4 inches taller diameter than the front. Is that what you wanted to do?
