Bullitt Bullitt data / ID build plate

I have # 00007 Bullitt and when I 1st bought it in 2001 I contacted a guy from Canada that sold me an alumium data plate to stick on the radiator cover under the hood. Since them I have lost his contact info. I want to buy another plate. Is there anyone out there that can help located the guy?
