Bullitt front brake kit - price disparity

I'm looking to upgrade my front brakes and I need help with something. Is there a difference between this kit: Buyfordracing bullitt kit, and this one that is available from American Muscle: American Muscle Bullitt brake kit? The only difference I can see is the Buyfordracing.com kit does not have hoses included in the price, and is $400 cheaper.

Looks like a sale at buyfordracing. You can add stainless hoses for another $50 as well. I'd snap it up if I was in the market.

i just bought that kit a week or so ago from but ford racing and i love the way it stops now great kit. just make sure u have 17" rims or bigger

I don't see the whole kit on thier web site, only calipers, no rotors, hardware or hoses is this why the price difference of 400.00

Damn, the price of these kits is really shooting up!


I remember when I bought my Mach 1 brake kit with Calipers, Brembo blank rotors and SS lines for $310!!!

EDIT: God damn they got pricey. I paid 360 for the whole lot.

I see now that Buyfordracing.com has discontinued the kit I purchased. I got rotors, pads and calipers for $299, plus stainless brakelines for $50 extra. At the time, americanmuscle.com wanted about $700 for the same kit, so I really got a steal!
