Bullitt pedal installation tips

The dead pedal and gas pedal are easiest.
The clutch and brake are a PITA. Heat them up first (soak them in hot, soapy water) and just take your time, sliding them on with a trim tool or a standard screwdriver. Just be patient. :)

:stupid:

ive even heard stick em in boiling water for a min or so to heat up the rubber then get them sorta installed as best you can by hand (use gloves so you dont burn yourself!!) then just kinda mash the pedal down with your foot and kinda twist/work it on

go to lowes and get the Side swiper 2, its a siding tool, small, red, i fought them for awhile, we had that thing laying around the house, had em installed in 5 mins for both the brake and clutch.

fought with them for a couple hours. used that same tool and had it done in 2 mins. :)

thanks for the tips guys, i think i can make one of those things outta some metal i have, and ill heat em up a bit in some hot water too...

god they are so sexy...

one of the best interior upgrades i've done (aside from the 01-04 center console and black conversion)!

what i did was heat the brake and clutch pedals w/ a hair dryer until they were easily persuaded--it was a breeze after that.
