On page 11 of the 2003 Ford accessories catalog that I have it lists a "Mustang ground effects kit" that looks just like the Bullitt ones. I suspect they are the same as I wouldn't think that Ford would make yet another set of rocker panels. Says it comes with rocker panels, sill plates, and all attaching hardware. P/N 20049 Should be able to get it from any Ford dealer.
