Buy SCT Software?

Is it possible to buy SCT software? I had my '95 Cobra tuned at the shop a year ago but recently installed a slightly larger roller cam and larger throttle body. It runs okay except for a slight hunting idle, but I wouldn't mind being able to make some fine tuning adjustments myself without taking it to the shop, i.e. adjust idle mixture, etc.

Is it possible to buy the software or can you only get it if you are an authorized tuner?

You can buy the Pro Racer software and a chip burner if you already have a chip , only part that will be a pain is getting the tune file you already have , you will only be able to retrieve this from the tuner that burned it to the chip and sometimes the tuners charge you to get the tune file needed from them to start off where your car is already at now .......
