Buying Engine Block (chip in block though?)

I'm thinking about buying a mexican block off this guy. It's been magnafluxed and honed by a performance shop around here, no cracks. The only thing that he says is wrong is "It has a small chip off the back of the block where the dowl is for the bellhousing guide".

Would this create any problems for me? I'm planning on buying this and building it up over winter, already have the heads and intake that I'm using. I don't want to buy it and then find out that it needs alot of machine shop time because of this chip. It sounds minor to me, what do you guys think?

i dont understand were exaclty is the chip .Near the dowl pins is very vauge . is it near the rear main seals if so expect to have a leaky car ...... Do you have ne pics so we all can get a better idea

chipped blocks arent good considering ours crack in half all the time ...good luck

What did the machine shop say about it? If it passed the NDI/Magnaflux, it technically should be ok. Any pics?
