buzzing

for the last few days when its cold outside i have noticed a buzzing sound coming from the center console during acceleration. sounds like a bee. i cant find anything loose vibrating. any ideas?

Mine does the same thing sometimes but after driving a while it goes aways so I don't worry about it, just turn the music up for the first 5 minutes of your drive

Just cold plastic vibrating. Nothing to worry about.

Yeah - i got a little rattle in my doors and also right behind each handle to open the door on the inside there is a loose plastic piece.

On my last car every little sound annoyed me.

Ive given up though - its a never ending battle which I won't ever win!

Thought it was just me

I am glad others hear it too. My wife doesnt hear it and tells me its PTSD. Drives me crazy.

I have the same thing when it's cold first thing in the AM. Can here it mostly in second at about 3000 rpm. It goes away though

Your'e problem isn't that bad because the first thing people say when they get in my car is "what the hell is that noise"?!

Seems like more an more people have this exact problem. Ford should figure out what the hell is causing this an issue a TSB.
