What is the easiest way to bypass the coolant lines on the throttle body. By using stuff from a auto store or hardware store? Im sure a bunch of you have done this already.I would idealy like to plug the holes from that tube and be able to just take the rubber hoses off completly.

I am getting a slightly used 65MM throttle body. And the car it came off of had it by passed and i didn't want to run coolant through it. If its not worth the hassle then I will just hook it up as normal.

It’s really not worth the hassle for a street car. Some believe there is a temperature drop because hot engine coolant isn't circulating through the spacer, but if you've still got all your pollution controls functioning, that circulating coolant is the only thing cooling the even hotter exhaust gasses flowing through EGR passage. Bypassing it with a car that is still subject to smog testing will actually increase temps, not reduce them. In any case….the differences in performance between the two are negligible at best. Any performance gain felt at all is accomplished by removing the vehicles smog system altogether…not just by bypassing the coolant passages on the spacer alone.

If your egr is functional then you want these lines hooked. There is no benefit to deleting them.

But to answer the question because cobra intakes do not use the lines (different design egr path) you want to get a 3/8 npt plug for the rear port and block it at the lower intake. On the front, you can cut the nipple off and braze it over...or trim the hose back, put a 1/4 bolt in the hose and clamp it tight. Another option is 1/4 ss tube. Cut about 6" and connect both hoses to it so the coolant flows through the tube.
