C4 Final Output Ratio

What is the final output on a C4? Is it 1:1? Reason being is I need to get new speedo gears. I'll be running 195/75R14 tires with 3.50:1 gears.

Or perhaps some gifted individual could tell me which speedo gear selection would work?

All classic Mustang trannies had a 1:1 final gear ratio, hence no overdrive.

This is one reason I bought an electric speedo, I can calibrate it while I drive using the mile markers on the interstate

Quite often I see members talk of switching one gear, or just the gear on the speedo cable. Or their phrasing leads one to believe this is what they did. I would think you have to remove the tail section and switch both gears for them to mesh properly. Any comments?
