I found a guy selling an SCCA legal 69 Mach 1 on e-bay (pic below). As you can see, he's using the C9OX intake and claims to make 400 Ft. lbs and 395 HP @ 5600 with his stock stroke 351W. I'm almost certain the SCCA requires the stock iron heads as well, but allows headers.
Eventually I'm going to have to try one to see what it'll do compared to the Torker II on a 408.
The early magazine tests certainly didn't do it justice.
