California Emissions Question

I'm close to purchasing an '04 cobra, but the one that I am looking at has the "california emissions" package. (I live in Nevada). Is the only difference the more mild tuning of the ECU? I would assume that I can just flash it to get a more aggressive tune, correct? Thanks, and I hope to be a true member real soon.

Nope its all the same it just shows that it will pass CA smog, anyways your prob. gonna get a blower pulley, Cai, new mid pipe, cat back, ....... and your gonna need a custom burned tune anyways.
