with the mods in my signature i was told that with the gt-40p heads and that if i retard my cam 2 degrees i would not only see a power increase but all around better sound and driveablity. is this true?>

All I can say is that retarding cam timing pushes the power band up the RPM scale. Advancing it would shore up the bottom end. Other than that I'm no help, sorry.

If you go so far as to expose the front of your cam, I'd yank that B out and stab something better in. It was designed for extra duration at the E7's head's max flow lift, which you're waay beyond with your P's.
i dont think the cam is holding me back any maybe a few horses and i love the sound. just want to get the most out of my combo
