Yes, you can. Place a towel on passenger side fender for ac compressor. Be very careful when you unbolt it. The lines going into the compressor will swivel if you do it carefully and allow you to set the compressor on the passengers side fender well.
The radiator will have to come out, and you will most likely have to loosen the oil pan and let it partially fall. I have done this without taking the bolts out all the way.
