What is a good cam that would go with AFR 165 heads.
it will be for a daily driver so i want a good low end but i want to be able to have it pull all the way to the redline.

i have the stock intake but that will come out after i pay off the heads, cam and all the parts for them.

i would also like to know the price

any help is GREATLY Appreciated the sooner i find a cam the sooner my car gets back up and running.

The stock intake is the biggest single restriction on the whole engine - without replacing it you're kind of pissin' in the wind with the other changes.

The 94/5 computers are more sensitive to changes than the fox bodies - I'd be careful on cam choice. With the right intake, exhaust and those heads, the car can run really well with the stock cam. I'd forget the cam change and focus on the intake/exh/heads.

leave the stock cam in , until you swap the intake ............heads should net a good 30 hp or more without doing anything else .......

yeah stock cam is a good cam. Will make good power. Now if you want to put in a mild cam or something to up the powerband and get a nice lope you can put in an ecam or tfs stage 1, adding these wont sacrifice and streetability like say an f cam or stage 2...

i was also looking at the SSI intake, but all the info i could get didnt include a power band

does anyone know the stats on this intake manifold?

i think it'd look wicked as hell beneath the hood of a 5.0
