Lack of info john...
How much gear are you running?
What do you want the car to do (road course, drag only, street-strip, ???)
Trans / stall?
Does it have to pass smog or not?
Is it "just" a 351 or is gonna be a 392/408/427?
Is it gonna stay n/a or are you gonna force feed it?
It all matters...

That's pretty stout for "only" 351 inches and "only" 185's...
(imho) I would look for something like this with 205's / 225's and 408 / 427 inches.
...at least for a street driven ride anyhow. A saturday night special, maybe... but I still think it's about one notch too much cam, for the heads and displacement.
(again imho) For a true street driven ride, at only 351 inches with 185's, go about 220/230 @ 50 and about 540 on the lift.
The 112-114 lsa is good to try and keep the computer happy... *trying*...
Lunati makes a good stick, but comp and crane do too...
EDIT: something more along the lines of this perhaps -

(trick flow makes a good stick, but they have more exhaust bias which you won't really need with the AFR heads)
cool thanks open to everyones suggestions. as of now it's a 351 40 over AFR 185 58 cc,trick flow r 90MM 90MM accufab tb,42# injectors,L/T mac prochamber,(soon to install) 4.10 TKO trans SCT tune by horsepower ranch.peace
