at slow speeds when cruising in a higher gear it feels like im having cam surge or like its chugging. like if im doin 25mph in 3rd through town it will start jerking pretty bad and the only way to stop it is to give it more gas. it seriously feels like its got a big cam when its bone stock.also my idle is kinda ruff. other than that it runs smooth and strong

Yeah mine does that too sometimes, mostly when I'm putting around a parking lot. I have no idea why it does that.

Guys I think he means he has a stock cam. We need info on your parts (if not stock) and I'd suggest pulling codes. When my MAF went out, it made my car feel real funny.

ok I must have missunderstood you. If you are having this problem with a stock cam something is seriously wrong. I agree your MAF sensor must be messed up or some seriously fouled plugs. I say you need to pull codes as well.
