Hi guys I just bought a 1982 black on black mustang gt with no motor. Im buying a used stock but good running 1981 302. Im wanting to toss the cam in favor of a camshaft that will increase my torque allot. I love torque and I want lots of it but I dont want a camshaft thats big and lopey I want to drive it daily. What camshaft do you recomend for loads of torque and great drivability? It is a 5 speed manual car. Thank you

I think that is the same profiles as the Eddy performer cam and one of the FMS flat tappet cams.

1- an ecam won't work affordably in an 81 since it's not a roller ready block.

2- the ecam is not what I would call a high torque grind by any stretch.
