I was totally joking BUT I wash all my dishes by hand anyways already. I used my dish washer exactly once and it was so damn slow I figured I'd be better off just never using the thing.

I've used a dishwasher as a degreaser before paint and to wash parts after polish. For a short time, I had an old one in my garage that I used pretty regularly.

I have to admit that there was satisfaction in coming out and finding clean and dry metal parts. hehe

I've wondered before, about getting one of those hot wash units you might find in a big cafeteria. Slam the lid down and hit everything with soap and superheated water. Sounds good to me.

It actually came out pretty nice I just used a quick pod that has built-in finishing rinse LOL there was a small little powder residue that easily brushed off
Also.. my wife never found out And I should be getting it back from Matt Moss any day now.
Now all I have to do is test my thermostat in the coffee maker and wash my floor mats in the clothes washer

I've washed car parts and cosmolene of surplus gun parts in the dishwasher. The added heat feature just melts the stuff off. Don't tell my wife...
