I saw this 351 festiva online on cardomain. WOW, Fully gutted, rollcage, 351 popping out of the hood, tubbed with slicks. Ran a low 12 last time i checkedExplodingGopher said:

full exhaust, gears (an i think a 4 speed tranny), al ds, electric fan, shifter, and a rebuilt 302 i kept right up with a vert LS1 auto without a problem at all. that was only till like 65 though. all it seemed like he had was an exhaust. we didnt really hit till like 10 miles an hour, wasnt sure if he was gonna go. i never see them around my place, a guy my club with HCI WS6 T/A puts down well over 400 to the rear wheels. the handling just isnt confidence inspiring to me...which cuts out half the fun.

I haven't lost to one yet.I'd like to run one from a roll just to see where my car stands against one.I know they have killer top end.

kid in town has like one of the last year Camaro Z28 T-tops in auto and he ran a 12.8 with a K&N Filter and a flowmaster muffler at englishtown....I have so much respect for those cars...to bad the kid drives like a dick and gives a bad name to muscle car drivers

I usually never had a problem with LS1's. Now I i'm shootin for around 450rwhp with the new combo so we'll see what happens. This assumes they are not packing a 393 stroker, HCI. Than i'm dead meat.

id be happy to have a stock 5.0 AND 5 SPEED with a sweet sounding exhaust. like some bullets with an h pipe and some bbk headers hmm il keep dreaming.

i haven't came acrossed one yet, but I don't think id have a big problem putting him in the rearview.
