Can I adjust my headlights?

Hey guys. Ever since I got my lowering springs, and especially my new wheel/tire combo, my car has picked up a decent rake. I love it, except that now my headlights point down too much and night visibility sucks. I know on my old 87 there was a way to adjust the aim. Can I do that with my 04? Quick instructions would be great.

Perfect. Thanks a bunch. I've always been disappointed with my Sylvania Silverstar Ultra IIs, but I think this is most of the issue. I eventually want some nice HIDs, but for now, it'll be nice just to see clearly on the way home from work.
