Hey guys, just wondering if I buy say a used pro-m MAF meter calibrated for 36lbs, can I just take the meter off, put mine on and use the housing? Or is the inlet tube thing inside going to make a difference?

HISSIN50 is absolutely correct!

The MAF body and sensor are designed to match each other. Therefore you can't swap sensors between different part number MAF bodies and maintain proper calibration. The ProM and PMAS sensors are custom modified to match the MAF housing, fuel injectors and computer. They are not interchangeable with any other MAF sensor

If the sensor goes bad on a ProM or PMASS unit, plan on sending it back to PMAS for repair/recalibration

I know the C&L's you can use your stock sensor and you change the emmulsion tube, not sure on the Pro M's. I'd call them

No. It will lean out. I asked my tuner about this, who knows what he's doing and he said no way.

K thanks guys, Im looking at getting an N/A Anderson Powerpipe but they seem to be real specific about what MAF you can use. Looks like its going to be a pain finding the right MAF for 19lb injectors.
