Soon I'll be installing a set of gt40p heads and a cam on my Mustang and I've heard some talk of the stock rockers binding when using an aftermarket cam. I'm probably going with the TFS stage 1 cam which seems relatively mild. Has anyone used the stock rocker arms with an aftermarket cam? How did it work out? Thanks.

you'll be fine with that combo, the tfs1 is pretty mild but works well with the 40p's.

I used stockers with the e-cam and never had a problem.

Just check the clearance between the rocker arm and the spring retainer. I chased a upper end tick for a few months due to my stock rocker arms hitting the retainers on my comp springs (93LX with gt40 heads, B cam.) I ended up getting some Crane roller rockers to clear.
