Can I Use These Springs??link Inside

are these springs ok for my mustang?they will be used with lakewood 70/30 struts i wasnt sure cause of the front end weight it lists... fron end weight reduction is as follows fiberglass pin on hood all ac and emissions equipment removed.. battery soon to be in hatch still got iron heads and all..
anyone got any better suggestion? not looking for anything super expensive.. what about coil overs? does that get pricey??

p.s its a 300 hp car not a daily driver just a toy rear suspension is moroso drag springs and lakewood drag shocks mostly street driven but will see the drag strip!
