Anyway possible that a mac prochamber from a 00 GT will fit on my auto 98 gt?

I found a killer deal if so, though I'd like to make sure that it'll work before I fork over some cash.

yes. the connection from the exhaust manifolds to the h-pipe are the exact same from 96-04

So, you are 100% positive that a prochamber from a 99+ will work for a 96-98?

if the prochamber fits then why wont x-pipes and h-pipes from the year fit?

couldn't tell ya, i've never dealt with them. i have put a prochamber from a 01 stang on a 98 though with no problems. i don't see why there would be a difference with the h & x's. the manifold connections are the same & the tranny's are nearly the same size. so if you've had a problem i dont' know why you had it

Being positive before you buy is a good thing to practice. But look at it this way, if you're getting a killer deal and it doesn't work then you should be able to sell it and get your money back if not more.

And yes, it should fit.

That's what he (the seller) was telling me.

He said I could come by and look/check it out, and if it doesn't work, I could always make my money back.

$100 isn't a bad deal, I don't believe?

It will fit. You will need 02 sensor extensions. I have 96 GT X pipe on my Cobra Engine.
