Can someone tell me......

Can someone tell me why my car is bogging out when I rev up to above 5k and do a quick shift from 2nd to 3rd and immediatly get right back on the throttle that my car boggs out kinda like it coughs for a second and then kicks in as opposed to immediatly having the power..... maybe I got a bad tank of gas???? Also I just had a tune up as well is it possibly something they could have done???

yeah I have traction control but It is turned off when this happens.......
