Can stock block and tranny handle H/C/I + Supercharger?

Just wondering how long the stock engine and tranny would hold up with H/C/I upgrades and a supercharger. What would be the maximum safe amount of power to push? Most likely I'm going to do the H/C/I for now, 331 rebuild over the winter, and then a kenne bell or turbo setup in the spring. I'll also get a Tremec TKO but my friend might be giving me his extra T56 in the winter.

It really depends on how hard and often you beat on it. The stock block can handle 500hp and take quite a beating, but its life is still going to be limited. On the track the stock tranny may last a couple runs with 500 plus hp. Both my tranny and block have last 4000+ miles, but I dont bang gears or give it WOT everywhere I drive either.

as was said, it all depends on how you drive it as well as how well the car has been taken care of since it was new. there is really no way to put an actual time on it though.

Hahah you NEVER know with those T5s. I would say just make sure you hit 3rd(T5s weakest point) very gently and you might be ok.
