Can you save a YouTube Video?

Let's just say you went to YouTube and searched on "Led Zepplin O2" and was presented with 20 videos that Warner Bros. just removed.

Then it happens. Someone just uploaded a "Dazed and Confused" and you got to see it. You told a friend and 2 minutes later it was gone.

Is there a way to save a YouTube video to your hard drive to show again at your whim?
