So i had to take off the parking brake cable end from the brake caliper to install my MM lower control arms today and now I cant get it back on.

There is literaly no slack to pull it back on. Can i relieve the tension somehow from the parkign cable?

yea it can be a pita to put back on. you can relieve the tension by taking cable off right at the pull lever but it's not neccassary. it just takes some patients and a good technique to get them back on. try grabbing the end of the cable with some vice grip pliers and then taking a screwdriver and pushing the e-brake mechinism towards the cable. that always works for me.

I did that with the passenger side, but the driver side has no slack at all

I did it with a clamp, vice grips on the cable too. Use the clamp to compress the spring back a bit. Works like a charm. I think I have a pic
