Got my car about six months ago. Parents were concerned with safety features. Got a 2005 V6 Premium (as far as I know) that has leather, shaker, ect. When I bought the car, the sticker on the window that listed all the features said "traction control" and "antilock brakes".

I think I don't have either. I've never seen an ABS light flash when I start the car, but also, I though there was supposed to be a button above the radio that said traction control. The only one I have is the emergency flashers.

I hope its not to big a deal, but anyway, is there another way I can tell whether I have either?

Thanks

ABS: Look under the hood, front left(drivers side) and you should see a bunch of brake lines going in and out of a pump. That's the ABS pump if its there..

Can someone post a picture?

TC: If you don't have the button, you probably don't have it.

Can anyone else think of other ways to check for either?

I dont have ABS on mine but I wish it did, bout a year or so ago a dog ran out infront of me and slammed on the brakes. Once they lock up you have no control of the car anymore. Did a power slide at 50mph. It was exciting but I'm glad there was no other traffic. Those BFG's held up good tho.
My sticker only said 4-wheel power disc brakes, duh, It should be a law IMO.

Here is an image of the ABS Pump:
