car is taller on one side

my 85 mustang sits about 1 or 2 inches higher on one side i dont have a clue y it does but if u look at it from the back u can tell that it leans to one side how can i fix this is my frame bent or what or is one of my shocks out any info on this would be great i want to lower my car about 2 inches all around but if it is going to be lower on one side i dont think i will and also i am going to get my exhaust put on in about a week and i was thinking of going with 2 chamber original flows with a custom h pipe and out the side in front of the rear tires with 4 inch tips but i dont kno what size pipes to go with the motor has a few mods like headers,cam,pistons and intake what size should i go with?

Search through some old posts. I don't know why it is..but some mustangs seem to have that problem although I've seen most complaints after aftermarket suspension upgrades. There should be several old threads about this you can look through.

Mine leans with the stock suspension. It is a very common problem on the 5.0. Maybe it flexes the body just a bit and that is what causes all of the ashtray doors to break?

i had a somewhat similar problem and figured out i had broke one of the springs in the rear...so i got to upgrade to FRPP super sport springs.... so it made me happy

unibodies flex a lot. most of us have tweaked bodies.

maybe the isolater bushings are worn away on the springs, or like everyone else it could be a tweeked body.
