Car rattles under heavy acceleration

I have a 94 GT aode convert with a problem. Sometimes when i jam the throttle, the car makes a sort of rattlesnake sound. It doesnt do it while i'm parked. It doesnt really sound like detonation. Its more like a rattle. Has anyone had this problem? I thought it might be the balancer, but it looked ok. Any help would be great.

i did. turned out there was a loose bolt that held the fender to the frame. but i dought you have the same problem

check exhaust clearance in the back goin over the axle, mine rattles there and I can't figure out how to fix it without putting a piece of rubber on it
