if i order subframes and lowering springs would it help ALOT? to where its livable ?

How old are your bushings and shocks?

Subframes and springs will definatly make your car feel totally stiffer. Get weld in subframe connectors though. They really make a HUGE difference in feel.

weld the subs in. poly bushings up front can stiffen it up (but wont help with cowl shake).

if you do any work, unless the shocks/struts are new, then replace, as suggested. KYB's are the best bang for the buck, IMHO.
good luck.

Unfortunately getting rid of the squeaks and noises are usually done by trial and error one at a time. Grease your bushings and check your bushings for excessive wear.

It's funny you mentioned speed bumps. When I had my subframes installed I had a muffler shop weld them in. I was backing out and went over a speed bump and noticed it right away.

subframes, springs, shocks, struts, bushings, if you've got the original shocks and struts the cheapest ones would probably make a big difference.

spring isolators can help with squeaks if your are shot (metal on metal). dont forget to budget for ball joints if you do Front LCA bushings - good time to do them. they can make noise too.

Something major like suspension is never cheap. There are so many vital and diverse amount of components that there is a lot to be replaced and braced. $700 isn't too unreasonable although - don't expect to spend much less than that at all if you do it all and do it right.

shocks/struts first

I would start with your shocks and struts first. If those are shot, no amount of chassis stiffining and component upgrades will make your ride any better. KYB are ok, but I would do some research first for what you really want, so you get what you need at the beginning. I would suggest at least the budget Tokico's if you can afford them, as they are a little better than the budget KYB's, and cost a bit more.
