Car surges/dies advice please...

Ok here is the deal: fairly stock 302 that starts to surge/die 15-20 minutes into driving the car. I just installed a D-1 Procharger into the car (stock mass air/19 lbs injectors) and have had problems ever since. I have taken 1.5 turns out of the FMU-per ATI- 9 degress of timing, changed the O2's, and the ignition module on the front of the distributor. The car will run fine until it gets warm, then it will chug for a bit and die. The fuel pump is next on the chopping block, but before I do I wanted to see if anyone else had any ideas. Thanks for the help.

It seems to me another PIP/TFI problem, but you said you replaced the PIP?, if that is the case by the model of your car i would said that is the TFI problem those cars had, due the location of the TFI
