car up and running, but bad missing

Ok so the car is running now, BUT, at lower throttle pressure, not necessarily correlating to the RPM, but at cruise type throttle, or starting off slow the car is bucking very badly, and feels like misfiring, Im not exactly sure what to do, timing is at 14* if that has anything to do with it, but where should I even start with this.

Also I have a loud ticking that DOES correlate to RPMs coming from the right side, my mechanic said this is normal with new lifters, but im not so sure.

No tht is not normal with new lifters. Mine didn't do it at all. Is your MAF and injector combo matched ? Hs it been tuned? I thought you could just slap on a match maf with injectors and found out the hard way it MUST be tuned after that or it will not run.

it needs to be tuned as in chipped? havent a bunch of other people on here swapped MAF and injectors without tuning? how could I have a collapsed lifter when they a brand new lifters? If it is would that be causing my hesitation problem? It sounds like a diesel at idle right now too.

For the bucking, try setting the timing down to 10* or less. It won't make as much power, but driveability should improve.

My guess on the ticking is probably an exhaust leak. Re-tighten all your header bolts.

There could be 20 people here who did that but my car would not run with just putting on a maf and matched injectors. it dieseled, smoked, ran rich , no power, and sounded like chit. Had to have it TOWED to a shop to get it going. They put the chip in to match up maf with injectors and problem solved....ran like a new car.
